Here is how you make Tofu Noodle Salad:

Drain and cube tofu. Marinate in your choice of asian dressing for a minimum of 10 minutes, in the refrigerator. Bake tofu in a 375 degree oven for a minimum of 30 minutes, turning once halfway through. It can be baked until a deep, golden brown and crispy on the outside but still tender on the inside. You can drain the extra marinade at the 15 minute mark or leave it in. Remove from oven. Let tofu cool before putting in the salad.While the tofu is baking, cook Barilla whole grain spaghetti according to the box's directions. Udon noodles or other noodles can be substituted; just adjust calories appropriately.Clean, de-seed, and slice one red pepper.
