1 1/2 cups water
1/3 teriyaki sauce (I used Trader Joe's Island Soyaki)
2 cups Minute brown rice, uncooked
4 cups frozen veggies (I used 2 cups stir fry veggies, 2 cups broccoli & cauliflower & a couple pieces of diced leeks)(I would bump this up to a total of 6 cups going forward)

Simmer 5 mins. Remove from heat.3. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.**Note: Kikkoman teriyaki sauce and Birds Eye mixed vegetables were used in the nutrition calculation. They seemed to be the most similar ingredients in the list.
