100gr. smoked salmon
8 crab sticks(approx 15g/each)
small/med cucumber, peeled and thinnly sliced
2 T. light mayo

Here is how you make sushi sushi:

to cook the rice, rinse rice until water runs clear. put rice in sauce pan and cover with 2 cups of water, rice vinegar, sugar and salt. put over high heat and allow to come to a boil. cover tightly, lower heat and simmer for 15-20 min until water is absorbed... rice should be sticky. if you want to use the rice soon, spead it out on a cookie sheet and stick it in the fridge or freezer so it will cool quickly. otherwise, dump into a bowl and chill until ready to use. to assemble smoked salmon rolls(makes 2)...... lay out a nori sheet on a sushi mat or tea towel. arrange 110-120gr(slightly less than 1/2c) on nori. place cucumber slices and half of the smoked salmon and roll up. for crab rolls(makes 3)..... arrange the rice and then spread 1/3 of mayo, 2 1/2 crab sticks and cucumber slices and roll up. slice rolls into 9 pieces.
