How Do I Make Asian Sloppy Joes?

Here is how you make Asian Sloppy Joes:

In a nonstick skillet coated with vegetable spray, add onion, garlic & ginger. Saute for 5 minutes. Add the carrot and bell pepper, saute for another 5 minutes. Add the ground beef and saute for approx 8 minutes, or until completely cooked. Add the tomatoes, cover & simmer for 10 minutes.
