Here is how you make Bacon Frittata:

Preheat oven to 350. Place coconut oil in 9 inch oven-safe pan and put in oven as it heats up. Chop vegetables and bacon. Cook bacon until crisp and drain, set aside. Saute vegetables in avocado oil. Beat eggs and water together, mix in half of the cheese. Sprinkle bacon evenly in pan, then vegetables. Pour egg and cheese mixture over the top, sprinkle tomatoes over eggs, then sprinkle cheese over it. Bake for 20 minutes.
