2T bacon grease

1 large red pepper chopped
1 cup spinach chopped
1 large sweet onion chopped
7 pasture eggs
1/4 cup raw milk


How Do I Make Bacon Quiche?

Here is how you make Bacon Quiche:

For filling- Chop two packages of Applegate Sunday Bacon and pan fry until just crispy. Set aside saving bacon fat for crust and saut?ing vegetables. In the same pan, combine chopped onions and peppers and saut? until tender. While cooking the vegetables, prepare crust.In stand mixer combine butter and flour. Mix until all butter is well blended. Add one egg, water and bacon grease and mix until the batter is crumbly. Pour batter into large pie pan and using fingers, cover bottom and sides pressing firmly. When vegetables are tender, add in spinach and briefly saut? until tender. Mix with bacon and 7 eggs and pour into prepared pie crust. Bake at 340*f for roughly 40 minutes of until firm and golden.
