1 cup picante sauce
15 oz can tomato sauce (no salt added)
14 1/2 oz can pinto beans (I rinse them...)
1/2 t ground cumin
1/2 t salt (optional - NOT in nutrtional information)
12 corn tortillas
2 cups shredded mexican cheese blend

Here is how you make CHEESY CHILADA BAKE:

1. Brown beef, bell peppers, onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat until beef is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain and discard fat. Stir in picante sauce, tomato sauce, beans, cumin and salt (if desired).2) Spread 1/2 of meat mixture over the bottom of baking dish. Cover the mixture with 6 corn torillas, overlapping the edges as necessary to fit in a single layer. Spread 1 cup of cheese over tortillas. Repeat each later, finishing with cheese topping.You have two choices from here FREEZE or BAKETo freeze: Wrap dish entirely in plastic wrap. Top with foil, label and freezeTo bake: If frozen, completely thaw in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and foil from baking dish and replace foil.
