Dice ham or slice into 2 inch strips, 1/8 inch thick. Combine flour with 2 Tbsp of the chicken broth and stir until there are no lumps, then add the rest of the broth and the milk. Heat in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until thick. Add seasonings if you like (I use garlic & onion powder with black pepper) . Turn off the heat and add all of the cheese, stir well.Combine drained pasta, ham and cheese sauce in a greased or foil lined casserole dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until sauce bubbles.
