3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Here is how you make Baked Flank Steak with Onion Gravy:

1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Pound steak to tenderize. 3. Combine flour, salt and pepper on pie pan. Dredge both sides of steaks in mixture, using all even if you have to pat it on. 4. In heavy oven proof large skillet or dutch oven, heat oil on high heat, add steak and brown on both sides; remove steak and add stock, bring to boil, scraping bits off pan. 5.
