Cook pasta per package instructions. While pasta is cooking, brown and drain the ground beef. In a 9 x 13 pan, mix all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle cheese on top (sometimes I use more cheese and mix some in with the other ingredients). Bake for 30-45 minutes.
