Makes 4 servings. Brown the hamburger (we brown ours with some minced onion for more flavor). Strain and add kidney beans. Cook until heated through, about 1-2 minutes. Add taco seasoning according to directions on packet. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Pour mixture into a medium-sized mixing bowl and add cheese. Stir until well mixed.
