1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. dried mustard
1/2 c. fat free sour cream
salt and black pepper
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 lb. green beans
1 lb. beef tenderloin, very thinly sliced
1 c. frozen peas (not thawed)

Here is how you make Beef Stroganoff with green Beans and Peas:

Mix 1 c. broth and flour. In small saucepan, bring remaining 2 cups broth to boil, reduce heat to strong simmer. Wisk in flour mixture and stir until dissolved and throroughly combined. Remove from heat and whisk in sour cream. Season w/ salt and pepper to taste. Set aside. Place onion and 1/4 cup broth in lg. nonstick skillet. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer stirring often until onion is softened, 7-8 minutes. Set aside on large plate. Cook mushrooms until golden brown, transfer to onion plate. Cook greenbeans on med-high and add remaining 1 3/4 c. broth Cook, stirring often until pan juices have reduced to about 1/2 c. and beans are fork-tender, about 8 min. Transfer to onion/mushroom plate. Cook beef w/ salt & pepper, until just done, 2-3minutes. Add all cooked ingredients and peas, stir and heat until sauce thickens slightly.
