Here is how you make Allergen Friendly: Beef and Broccoli:

1) Cut up the tenderized round steak into strips. If you would like, or you are serving children, further cut strips into bite-sized pieces to make this meal easy to eat. 2) Add sliced onions, steak pieces, and broccoli to pan and immediately season with garlic (crushed fresh cloves or powdered), celery salt, black pepper (or to taste).3) Begin cooking. Allow the items to steam in their own juices and cook until the meat is no longer pink. 4) Reduce fluids until it just starts to brown. 5) Immediately add a teaspoon of cornstartch, rice flour, wheat flour, agar powder, or other thickener of choice--or skip this step entirely, to a small portion of water. Toss into pan to deglaze pan-try to get all of the bits of flavor up out of the pan. 6) Allow to rest a few minutes (while you prepare anything else for dinner you are having). Toss with aminos if you are using them and serve. Left overs heat up well for lunches, or freeze unused portions for an easy meal another (busy) night.
