Ground Beef (I used 80% lean)1T Canola Oil 1 cup Broccoli, chopped 1/2 cup Canned Sweet Corn 1/2 Pomegranate (or as many as you can manage before frustration sets in) 2 cloves Garlic 1 cup cooked Long Grain Brown Rice 1 small Onion, chopped 4T Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar How Do I Make Fruity Beef and Broccoli?Here is how you make Fruity Beef and Broccoli: Heat the canola oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Throw in the chopped onions and cook for a few minutes until soft. Add the ground beef and cook thoroughly. Add the chopped broccoli and press the garlic over the top. Put the cover on and turn heat down to medium to let the broccoli steam up a bit, about 5 minutes. Add the sweet corn and the pomegranate seeds. Splash the vinegar over top, turn heat down to medium low, put the cover on, and wait another 5 minutes for the flavors to come together.
