How Do I Make Beef Pastichio?

Here is how you make Beef Pastichio:

Cook the pasta. While pasta cooks brown the ground beef and onion, add tomato sauce, 1/2 c water, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, and salt and pepper to taste. Set aside and make white sauce with 4Tbsp. butter melted, add flour and cook until it just starts to brown, add 2 c milk and stir until thick, add 3/4 c feta cheese. Mix cooked macaroni with 4 Tbsp. melted butter and the eggs. Layer in large baking pan: 1/2 pasta, top with meat mixture, remainder of pasta, then top with white sauce and sprinkle w/ 1/4 c feta cheese.
