Here is how you make Mongo Beef:

Slice the sirloin against the grain. Mix the sherry, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken broth and sesame oil. Add the minced garlic to the sauce. Mix the meat and the sauce and allow to marinate overnight.Saute the frozen stir fry veggies in the olive oil until crisp tender. Set aside. Microwave the cauliflower rice as per package instructions. Place the beef mixture in a saute pan and bring to a simmer and cook for 3 - 5 minutes. Add sauteed vegetables to the beef.
