2 to 3 cups Bell peppers, several colors, cut into strips
1 or 2 Red Ripe Tomatoes, cut into chunks
1/2 cup Salsa
1/2 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
1 avocado diced
2 cups shredded lettuce
5 Dempster's 100% Whole Wheat Tortillas - small size
Juice of 2 limes (or 4 TBS)

Here is how you make Sissy's Beef Fajitas:

Serves 5Mix spices in a small bowl, and dredge the meat in them. (Do not use hands for this, you will get too much of it on your hands and lose the flavors!) Cook meat in non stick pan about 8 minutes. Remove meat, add onion and peppers and saute 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and lime juice, stir over heat, then return meat to vegetable mixture. Add salsa.
