After they start to cook well, add the garlic. Let this cook until the meat is done. When meat is done add 4 cups of water, beef boullion, seasoned salt, parsley, and tarragon. Let this cook until it comes to a boil.While that is coming to a boil place one cup of flour on the table and create a hole, in the hole place the egg and milk. Mix these all together until they form a dough. (This should be kind of stiff, but not too stiff) Roll out the dough until extra, extra thin. Using a pizza cutter slice the dough into any size noodle you would like.Once noodles are cut the water should be boiling, put the noodles in. Bring back to a boil and cook until noodles are done. In a small bowl mix the cornstarch with 1/2 cup water until clumps are gone. While stirring the broth and noodles pour in cornstarch until desired consistency.
