Add the beef and cook until it completely changes colour.Meanwhile cook the linguine in a large pan of boiling water with the vegetable stock cube for extra flavour.Add the sliced chilli, passata and herbs to meat mixture, season with black pepper and continue cooking for 15-20 mins until the sauce thickens.Drain the linguine and pour into a warmed serving dish.
