In medium bowl mix orange zest and juice, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, 1/2 of the chopped garlic, and ginger. Add meat and mix to coat. Marinate meat for a couple hours or overnight.2. Bring a large stock pot of water to boil. Add noodles, reduce heat to medium high and simmer for 5 minutes;stirring occasionally to prevent noodles from sticking. Drain and keep warm.2.
