Here is how you make Guatemalan Spicy Beef Patties:

Add 2 tbsp oil to pan, suate garlic, onions and tomatoes until soft; add to processor and process to smooth paste, set aside and let cool. Add eggs, bread crumbs, chopped mint and salt & pepper to ground beef and mix until all is incorporated. Add tomato mixture and mix in well. Heat remaining 2 tbsp of oil in pan.
