Brown meat in a large casseroleAdd onion and fry till translucentAdd curry pasteAdd water and brothSimmer for at least 30 minutesAt this point I let it cool and put it in the fridge or freezer until I'm ready for it.When ready to eat, put the casserole back on the stove and simmer. (I cook some rice while the beef curry is warming). At the last minutes add the squash and simmer till it is warmed through (don't overcook the squash or it gets too mushy). Then stir in the yogurt just before serving.Serve with rice or naan or tortilla or whatever you like!
