2/3 Cup Bisquik
1/3 Cup Milk

Here is how you make Brian and Kara's Presure Cooker Beef Stew:

IMPORTANT: Before using your pressure cooker be sure to be acquainted with its proper use.Put 1 table spoon of olive oil in pressure cooker.Heat over medium heat.While heating the oil cube beef and mince garlic. Place meat and garlic in pressure cooker to brown stirring occasionally (with lid off).While browning meat chop/cube vegetables.Once meat is brown added vegetables, thyme, bay leaf, and pour in broth.Put your lid on your pressure cooker and cook per its instructions. We cook on our high setting (15psi) for 40 minutes and the beef is extremely tender!Once the stew is done release the pressure per your cookers instructions. Mix the cornstarch with a cup of cold water and pour it into the stew. Stir it in.DumplingsCombine bisquick and milk, stir until completely wet, spoon the mixture into about 6 evenly sized bits into the stew.
