Here is how you make Grandma's Beef Stroganoff:

Cube the beef, chop the onions. Fry the beef and onions together until the beef is seared.Allow to cool slightly.Mix soup, 1 tbsp worchestershire sauce, tobasco, salt and pepper, sour cream in a crock pot. When your meat has cooled, add it to the sauce and mix well. Simmer on low for three to four hours.Optional: canned mushrooms can be added to the sauce... my husband doesn't like so I didn't put it in my calorie count.Cook your pasta.
