Here is how you make Lori's Beef Stroganoff:

Makes 6 / 1-cup servingsCut chuck steak into thin strips. Heat 2 T. olive oil in large skillet over med. heat. Brown steak in oil. Add sliced muscrooms to steak. Cook until mushrooms are brown and soft. Add soup, stock, tomato paste, red wine, and seasoning. Mix well together and cook for 20 minutes uncovered until mixture thickens, stirring occastionally.
