Cook beef strips [precooked, so you're just heating] in large nonstick skillet over med high heat. Sprinkle meat with lite soy sauce, and a touch of garlic and ginger if desired. Stir together and add veggies, cooking til hot and desired level of crunch [I like mine fairly crunchy, but you can cover it for a couple minutes if you like them more soft].
