How Do I Make Beef Tagine?

Here is how you make Beef Tagine:

In a tagine. prepare beef cubes with any of your favourite spices. the one's I used were from Turkey: chili powder,tumeric,cumin, paprika, salt,pepper,olive oil,juice of one lemon, crushed garlic and marinade for 30 minutes or so (while your cutting your veg is fine). Slice up your veg all evenly. Layer the tagine with beef marindade then layer on potatoes, auberines addinga bit of olive oil, then courgettes and remaining veg topping off with a little olive oil and season. Cook in tagine in your oven for as long as 3 hours turning half way through to ensure veggies get a nice coat of the sauce made. Low heat (about 160-170) entire time. Celcius. Because this dish is hearty and has potato you wouldn't serve with rice or cous cous. Replace Beef with fish or just add more veg and then serve with cous cous or rice!
