Here is how you make Beef with Ginger and Vegetables:

Thinly slice flank steak. Combine cornstarch, salt and white pepper and toss with flank steak to coat. Add two teaspoons of oil to wok and stir fry beef. Remove beef, add remaining teaspoon oil and stir fry veggies until tender (sometimes I pre-steam cauliflower or broccoli if the heads are large). Add broth and chili paste and cook for 3 minutes until thickened. Return beef to pan and heat through.
