Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 24 tbsp
Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp
Barrillo Thin Spagetti, 226 gram(s)
Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 10 strips
Summer Squash, 1 small
Zuccini Squash, 2 cup
Eggplant, fresh, 2 cup, cubes
Onions, raw, 1 large
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1.5 lb (the same beef you'd use for stew)
Cooking Wine - White, 4 tbsp


How Do I Make Veggie and Beef Lo-Main?

Here is how you make Veggie and Beef Lo-Main:

1. Chop all veggies, and season with salt, pepper, and what ever is in the spice rack.2. Add 1/2 of the Cooking White Wine to the veggie mixture, let sit.3. Chop beef tips to bite size pieces. Place a small amount of flour, salt and pepper and whatever seasoning you like, (and a tiny bit of crushed red peppers) in a bag, add beef and lightly coat with flour mixture.4.Spray grilling pan with non-stick spray. Add veggies and beef to pan, let cook slowly on grill. Stir occasionally as not to burn.5. Boil water to cook Spaghetti. Only use 1/2 the amount of water you would use normally. Add salt and pepper and a small amount of cooking White Wine. Let boil then add pasta, and let the pasta absorb the water. When pasta is cooked, remove from heat and let sit in pan for a few minutes.6. Add a bit of Teriyaki sauce to pasta. Drain water from pasta; and place on serving platter.
