Spray 8X8 baking pan with baking spray. Cook ground beef until brown. Place zucchini in single layer on pan and sprinkle with 1/4 C Bisquick. Top with beef and spaghetti sauce. Mix 1 C Bisquick, cottage cheese and egg to make a soft dough. Spread over sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered until hot and bubbly - 30-35 minutes.
