2-3 tbs light margarine (ICBINB)
6 large eggs
4 C FF milk
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
2 C diced ham
1/2 C crumbled bacon bits


How Do I Make Kerin's Breakfast Cassarole?

Here is how you make Kerin's Breakfast Cassarole:

Spread margarine (I can't believe it's not butter) on the bread. Cut into 1 inch cubes and line the bottom of 9x13 pan. Sprinkle ham and cheese over the bread. In separate bowl, combine milk and eggs as well as salt and pepper to taste. Pour egg mixture over bread/ham/cheese. Sprinkle bacon bits on top. Refrigerate over night is best, but you can go straight to the oven if you are crunched for time. Bake at 350 for 45 min or until egg is thoroughly cooked.
