2 cups egg beaters
2 cups frozen hash browns
4 slices Oscar Mayer Fully cooked bacon


How Do I Make Breakfast Cups?

Here is how you make Breakfast Cups:

Preheat oven to 400. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. Roll out individual biscuits to about 5 inches in diameter, may need flour to prevent sticking. Place one biscuit in each muffin cup pushing down to mold into cups. Add 1/4c water to empty cups to ensure cups cook evenly. Brown hashbrowns in skillet with cooking spray. Scramble egg beaters in another skillet. Add eggs to pan with cooked hashbrowns. Cook bacon in microwave for about 40 seconds, crumble bacon into egg mixture. Add cheese to egg mixture and scramble everything together. Divide amongst biscuit cups. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool, wrap in plastic wrap, then foil and freeze.
