Here is how you make Italian Breakfast Sandwich:

Stack the Canadian bacon and salami in a medium-low preheated frying pan (I use a small 3 1/2" pan to keep things the right size). It should start to sizzle right away.Pour in the egg substitute over the meat and cook until bottom is tan. You can add a little black pepper, curry, or any spice you like to the egg mixture. Cover with a lid to help solidify the top.Put the sandwich thin in a toaster set at a low level or it will burn.Flip the egg omelete over and put the cheese on top.
