Wearing plastic gloves (to reduce the yuck factor), mix all ingredients with your hands. Using a standard ice cream scoop to measure, this recipe makes about 20 meatballs. Form into balls, place on a broiler pan (so the grease will drain away as it cooks) and bake 18-20 minutes at 350. Leftovers freeze well and make an easy breakfast to grab and microwave or take with you to heat up at work! Makes 10 servings (2 balls each!).
