Toast bread in toaster to desired darkness. Cook bacon in microwave about 3 minutes, or until crisp. Meanwhile, heat small skillet sprayed with cooking spray over med-high heat. Place large round metal cookie cutter in center of pan and pour egg white, followed by whole egg into mold. Allow to cook 5-7 minutes, or until desired doneness.
