Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over brisket. Let sit in fridge for several hours. if using a ceramic dish, about an hour before cooking take out of fridge to avoid thermal shock. Preheat oven to 500. Put brisket in covered with aluminum foil. Once you can smell the meat cooking (about 30 mins) turn the heat down to 200 and cook for 1.25 hours per lb. Can go 1.5 hours per lb.Once it is done take out and cut off the fat from the top. Then chop or slice meat. Put back in roasting pan or tsf juice to the serving pan. (Works well to put it in a crockpot on low or warm.)Serving Size: Probably less than 26 servings once you cut off the fat.
