Buffalo Meat,18 oz pkg
Taco Season Mix, 1.5oz
Lucerne Light Sour Cream, 1 cup (8oz)
Cheddar Cheese, 4 oz
Monterey Cheese, 4 oz
Onions, raw, 1 small , Chopped
*Heart Smart Bisquick, 1.5 cup
Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper, Chopped
Tomatoes, 8 slices, medium (1/4" thick)
Iceberg Lettuce , 4 cup, shredded or chopped

Brown Ground meat. Add chopped Onion, taco seasoning and water, simmer.

Stir Bisquick with 1/2 C Water, pat dough on the bottom and 1/2" up the sides of a 9 X 13 greased casserole dish.

Layer on top of the dough:
Ground Meat mixture
(optional) Tomatos Slices (can add after baking if prefered)
jalapenos
Sour Cream
Cheeses

Bake @ 325 for 30 minutes or until edges of dough are lightly browned.

Let cool for 5 minutes and top with Tomatoes (if not added before cooking) and lettuce
Salsa or hot sauce maybe added for extra spice.
