1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef
1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 10 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 C Chopped Onion


How Do I Make Easy Company Casserole?

Here is how you make Easy Company Casserole:

STEP 1- Peel and slice Potatoes. Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes in half down center of potatoe from top to bottom end. Slice each half into 1/4" thick moon shape slices. Set aside. You may soak in water to keep potatoes from turning brown.STEP 2- Brown meat and onions. Spray pan with Pam of choice. Saute onions, added ground beef and cook until well done. Drain off any grease from meat.STEP 3- In small bowl mix soup with milk.Heat oven to 375 degrees.In a 9x13 casserole dish, layer ingredients starting with the meat. (approx 1/3 of meat each layer). Place a single layer of potatoes. Top potatoes with 1/4 C of cheese. Repeat the layers.
