1 small can mushrooms
1/2 cup olives, chopped
8 oz. mozzarella, shredded
1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup

In a large skillet, brown the sausage. In a small skillet carmelize the onion in the oil over high heat. Sprinkle with sugar and sprinkle with salt. Stir constantly until transparent and lightly browned. In a large kettle, cook the pasta until very tender; drain. In a large bowl, combine the sausage mixture, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, olives, onions, soup and pasta. In a 9"x13" pan, place half of the pasta mixture. Sprinkle with half the mozzarella. Place half the pepperoni slices on top. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350 until heated through, about 45 minutes.
