Serves approx. 10In a large casserole dish layer sliced potatoes, layer onions, dot on 1/2 of 16oz. can of tomato soup, layer chopped carrots, dot with 1/2 of 16oz. can of tomato soup, layer corn and peas, dot 1/2 of 2nd 16oz. can of tomato soup, add lean ground beef on top and dot with remaining tomato soup.
