Here is how you make Garden Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwich:

1-Beat one large egg, add onion, peppers & bacon bits.2-Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray & heat on med. Toast english muffin. I also spray a round metal cookie cutter the size of the muffin and place carefully into pan.3-Pour egg mixture into cookie cutter (or pan and fold to size when done). Cover and cook for approx. 2 min. 4-Carefully remove cookie cutter with tongs (as it will be hot) and turn egg to cook on other side, approx. 2 min.
