4 Cups Cooked Pinto Beans
4 Cups Water (from cooked beans)
1 lb lean Ground Beef
1 cup chopped onions
1cup chopped green bell peppers
1 cup chopped red bell peppers
1 cup chopped carrots
6 small jalepenoes chopped
1 can Del Monte Original Recipe Stewed Tomatoes (celery, bell peppers, onions)
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder


How Do I Make Jasons' Chili?

Here is how you make Jasons' Chili:

Add V-8 juice and stewed tomtaoes and spices to beans. Brown ground meat . Add onion, bell peppers and carrots and jalepenos to meat when meat is half way cooked and continue cooking. Add meat mixture to bean mixture when meat and vegetable are done. Simmer for about 1 hour and then serve.
