Brown the meat with the onion in a pot. Once the meat has browned remove most of the oil, leaving some for tast. Add the garllic and then the tomatoes. You will need to take the stewed tomatoes and blend them in a blender before adding. After adding the tomatoe, add your chili powder (about 4 Tbs. to start with) and add crushed red pepper is desired, white pepper or black and ketchup for sweetness to cut the acidity of the tomatoes.
