1 can Campbell's tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes (I used fire roasted)
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup broth (I used chicken)
2 cups cheese of your choice

Here is how you make Simple Chili Mac:

Boil pasta according to directions on package. Preheat oven to 400*. Spray a pan with cooking spray and cook garlic for about a minute. Add beef and cook until done. Season with S+P and any other seasonings you like. Add soup, diced tomatoes, worcestershire sauce & broth. Simmer until macaroni is done. Combine the "chili" and macaroni in a casserole dish.
