Cook the ground beef on medium heat until brown and drain the fat.Add chopped onion and cook until soft. Add the crushed tomatoes, chili seasoning, and kidney beans. Simmer until heated through.Meanwhile, boil the water for the rotini. Cook according to package directions. Drain.Add rotini to the chili, stir and simmer until heated through.
