1/2 bottle dark beer
3 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder
Seasoning to taste (Tabasco sauce, cumin, chili powder, smoked sea salt, pepper, chipolte powder, etc.)

Brown beef or bison, drain. Add chopped onion and jalepeno. Saute until cooked through. Add tomatoes, beans, corn.Add beer and cocoa powder.Season to taste and simmer until flavors blend. Serve with a sprinkle of finely grated cheddar, a tiny dollop of sour cream, and/or diced scallions or avocado. Even better the next day.
