Here is how you make Chili:

Make taco meat like you would when you're making tacos. I use the leftover taco meat from when I made tacos. Then I add 1 tsp of Chili powder, 1 tsp coriander, 1 can of Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (Rotel), 2 6 oz cans of Tomato paste (equals 2 tbsp), and 1 cup onions. I mix together and let simmer adding water as necessary. You can put whatever you want into it.
