2 lbs Ground Chuck or Ground Turkey
1 med yellow onion, chopped(opt)
4 tbsp no sodium chili powder(to taste)
1 15oz can Mrs Grimes Tex-Mex Chili Beans
2 15 oz can beef bouillion
2 4oz can Fire roasted diced green chiles


How Do I Make Jenn's Chili?

Here is how you make Jenn's Chili:

Brown meat and onions, drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 40 minutes. Sometimes I will add 2 cans of chili beans and do not always add onions. You may also add more bouillion so that it can simmer. The bouillion I use is a bouillion base, letting you make what you need. I made this for a potluck at work and everyone loved it.
