Makes 4 servingsPreheat oven to 400 FIn a large skillet, place all of the ingredients except the Pork Chops, on the stove top at medium to medium high heat. As soon as the ingredient is the skillet begin to simmer place the pork chops in the liquid for 5 minutes. Turn the pork chops over and simmer, uncovered, for another 5 minutes. Line a baking sheet with foil and place the pork chops on the foil. With a spoon, ladle the liquid over the pork chops. Place the pork chops in the oven, at 400 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes.
