How Do I Make Michael's Couscous?Here is how you make Michael's Couscous: Place olive oil in good sized deep frying pan on medium heat.Put onion, meat (if used), then spices in pan, and saute together for about 5 minutes. (Meat can be slightly pink as it will cook further.) Add chicken broth and cover and simmer for five minutes.Stir in diced tomatoes and simmer for another fifteen minutes.
